Description

Aluminum profile SVETOCH PROFI for maximum heat dissipation in areas where strongest illumination is necessary. The best solution for hot work halls, sports stadiums, shopping malls, manufacturing facilities and all other objects that require powerful and reliable high-altitude lighting.

With the modular dovetail groove type, the profile can be assembled and enlarged with additional PROFI profiles for any desired light output. For sports stadiums, airports or other light sources in extremely high altitudes, SVETOCH PROFI is the top solution.

Large outer circumference and the special shape of the cooling fins of the profile allow heat dissipation up to 600 watts per meter while maintaining the crystal temperature of the LEDs of 75 degrees. This profile is the most effective solution in its class.

TECHNICAL ADVICES

High-performance LED modules (maximum 80×80 mm) are suitable for this profile. When used at high altitudes, we recommend using secondary optics. Thus the radiation angle can be reduced to e.g. Be changed 15, 30 or 45 degrees. The solid connection of the module to the profile surface effectively dissipates the heat of the LEDs. This significantly extends the life of the LED modules and drivers. The LED modules are mounted on the carrier PROFI. WATCH OUT!!! Please inform us after ordering the required offset of the carrier PROFI. Your modules or optics, which are protected by additional protective screen.

For the variant with glass without optics, we recommend a protective screen of up to 2 mm made of transparent or diffuse matt 1.5 mm monolithic polycarbonate with a light transmittance of approx. 90%. Under “Variants” appropriately tailored protective windows can be ordered directly.

End caps PROFIare made of impact-resistant, light-resistant ABS plastic. The assembly and sealing of the optics is simple. Only thermal grease and glue / sealant like DOW CORNING are needed.

The installation of a pressure compensation valve prevents the formation of condensation.
