LED aluminum profile SVETOCH MAGISTRAL is the most powerful profile in its class. Its extremely wide profile surface offers a lot of space for most LED modules and optics. It was originally designed and manufactured specifically for LED modules in conjunction with secondary optics. Thanks to high heat dissipation luminaires with very high power can be produced. Outstanding solution for highways, high warehouses and industrial halls and all other objects that require powerful and reliable lighting.

The technologically advanced cooling fins on the cooling fins bring SVETOCH MAGISTRAL an outer circumference of 1760 mm. So the heat dissipation of strong 300 watts per 1 m (7kg) is possible. A lot of indoor space and large heat dissipation offer possibilities for high-performance power supply. The profile can be attached directly to holding tubes by the construction.

TECHNICAL ADVICES

The wide surface of 182 mm allows use of almost all common LED modules and optics. The SVETOCH MAGISTRAL profile is ideally suited for LED modules with sealed optics. The solid connection of the module to the profile surface effectively dissipates the heat of the LEDs. This significantly extends the life of the LED modules and drivers. We recommend making holes for LED modules and optics with a CNC machine (we offer this service on request). The luminaire can be reliably and easily sealed to IP67. With a mounting directly on a pipe, the partition wall MAGISTRAL must be additionally sealed in the profile.

This profile offers sufficient space for the use of multiple LED drivers. By sealing the profile, the drivers and modules are additionally protected up to IP67. So drivers with a lower protection class can be installed, which reduces the acquisition costs enormously. In this profile you can use the most common drivers.

Profile end caps MAGISTRAL are made of impact-resistant, light-resistant ABS plastic. The material is UV resistant. Sealing is done by a square silicone cord of 3.5 mm. The installation of a pressure compensation valveprevents the formation of condensation. To protect against moisture ingress along the cable duct, we recommend PG7 plugs.

Sealing the shield and end caps is reliable and easy. Under “Variants” you can directly select appropriately sized protective screens.
NOTE: When using secondary optics, it is not possible and not necessary to use a protective screen. The protection class of the optics must correspond to the purpose of use.

ASSEMBLY OPTIONS

There are several very simple, fast and safe attachment options of this profile. If you don’t need any other options such as pipe fastening or adjustable angles, you can attach the profile to a rope, wall or ceiling with an M6 thread nutor M6 thread screw (and ring screw). For this purpose, only an M6 nut has to be inserted into the guide rail with a suitable counter screw or a screw with a matching head into the middle guide rail at the top of the profile.
