TECHNICAL ADVICES

As LED illuminants 2 linear LED standard strips / linear LED modules from 9 mm to 12.5 mm width can be used. We recommend SVETOCH aluminum LED strips / modules LED48 5630 and LED48 3528. Our LED strips are always equipped with brand diodes of the manufacturers LG, Seoul, and Samsung last generation. The solid connection of the LED module to the aluminum profile surface effectively dissipates the heat from the LEDs. This cools the LED modules and drivers, and significantly extends the life.

Profile end caps ARCTIC are made of impact-resistant ABS plastic. The material is resistant to UV radiation. Sealing with a square silicone cord with 3.5 mm thickness and adhesive sealant.

This profile offers sufficient space for the use of multiple LED drivers. In this profile you can use the most common LED drivers. As a complete solution for SVETOCH ARCTIC we recommend the Driver LED Driver 60-700CC and LED driver 60-700CCD from Argos or OSRAM LED DRIVER OT FIT 120 / 220-240 / 750 D LT2 L. The drivers are the correct sealing of the profile and modules additionally protected to IP67. This way you can install cheap drivers with a lower protection class, which greatly reduces the initial costs for your industrial lighting.

We recommend a protective screen with 1.5-2 mm transparent monolithic polycarbonate for outside, or matt diffuse screen with 1.5 mm with a light transmission of about 90% for the interior lighting. Sealing the shield and end caps is reliable and easy. On “Variants” you can directly select appropriately sized protective screens.
